2.      Minutes from~December
Approval of the December minutes was deferred until February
3.      Correspondence
Correspondence was reviewed.  No action was needed:
Ø       Completed Forestry Notification – Phyllis Roby
Ø       Completed Forestry Notification – Edward Phelps
Ø       Wetlands Complaint – Bernard & Gloria Cornell
Ø       Thank you letter from the Courser Family Trust
4.      Guest Ron Frost
Ø       Ron updated us on his plans for the easement and his meeting with Brian Hotz from SPNHF
Ø       MJ will follow-up with SPNHF
5.      NH Water Plan Survey
Susan updated us on the survey that she completed on behalf of the WCC
6.      SPNHF Easement Monitoring
Decision to pick a date in March for easement monitoring.
7.      Winter Outing!
Proposed date of March 8th to have a snow show/cross country ski event behind the Blackwater Dam.  Details will be finalized at February meeting.
8.      New Business
DES rule changes have been posted on their web page
